Johnson & Johnson provides coverage for fertility treatments, reimbursement for adoption as well as surrogacy benefits. In the U.S., we offer $35,000 in financial assistance for fertility treatments. Employees wishing to adopt can receive $20,000 in reimbursement benefits per child. Surrogacy benefits are also $20,000 per child.

We also offer nursing mothers worldwide a temperature-controlled delivery service that lets mothers directly and safely ship breast milk back home for free while traveling for business purposes.

Continuing our long legacy of support for our employees serving in the military, we enhanced our Military Leave Policy in 2017. We offer military leave benefits for those employees enlisted in any branch of the U.S. Military Reserve or National Guard who are called for training or active duty as well as help during a natural disaster.

Our military members will receive 100% pay in addition to military pay for the first 24 months of deployment, paid time off to transition back after military leave and expanded mental health services for military members and their families.
