Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Territory Manager to support their EndoMech Energy business.
The main task of a Territory Manager is the generation of business growth versus previous year and to achieve 100% of the sales goal as planned quarterly and annually.
Main accountabilities:
Identify achievable and relevant quarterly target customers in all segments that lead to meeting annual Business Plans.
Accomplish quarterly, monthly and weekly priority sales goals through efficient use of time and resources.
Daily and Routinely follow the sales process in order to consistently advance target customers along the selling cycle.
Daily physical hospital visits attending ongoing surgical operations that includes use of Ethicon Surgery products to ensure safe and effective use.
Daily physical hospital visits to meet HCPs and promote Ethicon Surgery products with hands on demo products.
Routinely report sales performance reports to the area sales manager and attending sales business reviews.
Conduct in-service training on company systems to HCPs (surgeons and nurses).
Continuously expand knowledge necessary to represent our complete product line to all customer segments in a professional manner.
Routinely ensure customer satisfaction with all products by providing education in proper product application, features functions and benefits.
Manage business relationships and external/internal customer communications in a cooperative, timely and efficient manner.
Conduct in-service training on company systems to HCPs (surgeons and nurses).
Experience Required
Bachelor Degree in Medical Sciences or related.
1-2 years of sales experience in Kuwait Medical Sector
Understanding of Key account management principles
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills with enthusiasm and determination to succeed
Ability to build healthy customer relations
Innovative and self confident.
Gulf Countries Experience is highly recommended.
Ability to Speak fluent English and Arabic is a plus.
O.R and presentation skills highly recommended
