We are searching for the best talent for Security Coordinator II to be in Ciudad Juárez.
Purpose:
Helps establish and implement cost-effective, results-based, and professionally managed Manufacturing Assembly programs and initiatives, under direct supervision.
Compiles data and materials to support the development of projects, programs, or processes for the Manufacturing Assembly area.
Drafts documentation and training materials to support improvements to assembly line operations and continually advances the organization's Manufacturing Assembly strategy.
Evaluates staff competency with specialized machinery/equipment.
Documents and tracks ordering of new machinery/equipment for production and product readiness.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

You will be responsible for:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Assists with the creation and distribution of security manuals, documents, and records.
- Documents facilities security requirements and implements procedures for safeguarding proprietary and customer furnished data.
- Assists with the preparation of inspection / security reports.
- Ensures documentation of accurate facts before presentation to senior management.
- Follows through the procedures on handling, safeguarding and destruction of documents and data in accordance with established practices.
- Assists and coordinates security awareness training sessions with new staff.
- Evaluates, maintains, and implements automated security systems.
- Assists in the implementation and administration of automated security systems.
- Assists with the security incident investigations and report preparation.
- Provides accurate information to audit departments in preparation, execution and follow up of security audits.
- Coordinate the activities of the staff under their charge, supervising and verifying the functions performed by the guards and staff under their charge, to ensure the protection of the company's assets.
- Apply the best practices of property security to the protection of personnel, assets, operations, and plant processes.
- Ensure that all security posts have a security officer on duty 24/7/365.
- Control and ensure an efficient security service with the assistance of property security contractor personnel.
- Collaborate in investigations of all security incidents that occur on site.
- Monitor and review reports prepared by the security service provider's guards and team leaders and take any necessary follow-up action.
- Check that the personnel of the property security service provider comply with all plant policies and procedures in terms of security, protection, and the environment.
- Generate purchase orders for security service and purchase of supplies for Security department.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Education required: University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Work experience: Generally, Requires 2-4 Years Work Experience
- English 80%
