Purpose: The Senior Data Product Manager, Data Intelligence & Marketplace is a senior business product leader within HR Data & Intelligence, accountable for the definition, enablement, and enterprise adoption of HR data products, platinum-layer business definitions and metrics, and marketplace‑based consumption. Reporting to the Head of Data Services, this role owns the business outcomes of HR data products and the HR data marketplace that enable processes, analytics, AI, and digital HR experiences at scale.

  • Ensure HR data is productized where appropriate, discoverable, reusable, and decision‑ready to support analytics, AI, and HR digital experiences

  • Act as the business owner of data product and marketplace outcomes, including adoption, reuse, usability, and value realization

  • Define and maintain canonical HR entities, metrics, and relationships used consistently across analytics, AI models, and digital products

  • Own and manage data product lifecycles, including definition, evolution, consolidation, and retirement, in partnership with Data Product Stewards

  • Determine appropriate representation models for structured and unstructured data, including graph‑based modeling for relationship‑ and knowledge‑centric data, independent of marketplace publication

  • Serve as the enterprise decision authority on reuse versus bespoke data assets across HR domains and product teams

  • Ensure consistent implementation of enterprise standards for data product contracts, metadata, documentation, ownership, and semantic consistency

  • Partner with the Data Platform Senior Manager, Lakehouse Strategy & Enablement to ensure semantic and intelligence requirements are supported by the physical lakehouse platform

  • Partner with the Technical Platform Managers responsible for the HR data marketplace to align marketplace capabilities, user experience, and technical delivery with data product, semantic, and adoption priorities

  • Partner with AI, data science, analytics, and knowledge management teams to ensure data assets are AI‑ready, responsibly designed, and fit for advanced use cases

  • Enforce enterprise data quality publishing requirements in partnership with the Data Quality team

  • Own portfolio‑level visibility and reporting on data product usage, marketplace adoption, intelligence coverage, and redundancy

  • Identify and drive remediation of under‑utilized, duplicative, or misaligned data products or intelligence assets

  • Serve as an escalation point for data intelligence, semantic, and marketplace decisions impacting multiple products, domains, or consumers

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience owning or leading enterprise data products, analytics-ready datasets, or intelligence capabilities, with accountability for business outcomes

  • Demonstrated experience defining and operating data products, enterprise metrics, and business definitions in an enterprise environment

  • Strong technical fluency in data modeling, analytics, consumption patterns, and AI-ready data design, with the ability to partner effectively with platform and engineering teams

  • Experience determining appropriate representation models for structured and unstructured data, including relationship‑ and graph‑based approaches
