The Global IM Deliver team is seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence to support our mission of enhancing distribution, transportation, and customer services through data-driven insights. This role requires a technical professional with a strong understanding of business product ownership and a passion for analytics, ideally in the area of Customer Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ML / AI solutions for logistics, specifically for the Customer Services function.
Implement ways to optimize order processing (OCR / EDI / Portal)
Gain insights from order patterns and call center interactions
Drive personalization of communication to Customers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a Business Intelligence role, preferably within a distribution or customer context.
Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of data analytics tools and methods, ideally in Customer Analytics.
Familiar with techniques to analyze highly unstructured data (speech, text, e-mail).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex analyses in a clear and effective manner to various stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $108,800 to $147,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
