The Experienced Commercial Leadership Development Program (ECLDP) is a comprehensive rotational program designed to create future marketing and commercial leaders through a variety of experiences and learning opportunities across Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Our ideal candidates have a passion for everything commercial. They have a strategic mindset, and possess exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have the ability to thrive in a highly complex, global work environment, and take the initiative to set priorities and exceed goals.

  • Must be pursuing an MBA full time during the current school year
  • Prior work experience (preferably more than four years)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Outstanding strategic thinking capabilities
  • Ability to navigate a matrix organization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to improving patient care
