Our Experienced Human Resources Leadership Development Program (E-HRLDP) is a unique opportunity to be part of this meaningful mission today—and to help lead our global workforce into the future.

The Opportunity
The E-HRLDP is a best-in-class, two-year, full-time rotational program that empowers highly motivated graduate students to develop into Johnson & Johnson’s HR leaders of the future. Rotational assignments give you the opportunity to provide strategic consulting and design support to Johnson & Johnson businesses on an enterprise, regional and global level.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidates have a strategic mindset coupled with the ability and desire to engage, lead and drive results in our global enterprise. They have the curiosity, courage and agility to meet the HR challenges of tomorrow.   • Graduate student completing an MBA, master’s degree or Ph.D. with a focus in HR management, industrial/organizational psychology or other HR-related disciplines
  • Five years or more of full-time professional experience preferred
  • HR experience desired, but not required (may vary by region)
  • Geographic mobility for three years (two years of program and one year thereafter)
  • Fluency in English required, as well as fluency in the language of the country where the assignment is located
  • Fluency in a second language preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the assignment is located
