The Program

Our Experienced Human Resources Leadership Development Program (E-HRLDP) is a unique opportunity to carry on that mission today by helping to lead our global workforce into the future.

The Opportunity
Our E-HRLDP is a best-in-class, two-year, full-time rotational program that empowers highly motivated graduate students to develop into the global HR leaders of tomorrow. Your rotational assignments are opportunities for you to learn, step outside of your comfort zone and contribute to real-world outcomes—not only for the function and the business, but for our patients and customers around the world. You’ll be exposed to multiple business segments at Johnson & Johnson, including:

  • Consumer
  • Medical devices
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Supply chain

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidates have strategic mindsets, together with the ability to engage, lead and drive results across our global enterprise. They also possess the curiosity, courage and agility to meet the HR challenges of tomorrow. While accelerating your career path, we'll focus on your personal development through mentorship, networking opportunities, access to an alumni network—and so much more.

  • Graduate students completing MBAs, master’s degrees or Ph.D.’s with a focus on HR Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or other HR-related disciplines
  • Five years or more of full-time professional experience preferred
  • HR experience preferred, but not required (may vary by region)
  • Geographic mobility for three years required (two years of program and one year thereafter)
  • Fluency in English required, as well as fluency in the language of the country of assignment
  • Fluency in a second language preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of assignment required
