Our Experienced Human Resources Leadership Development Program (E-HRLDP) is a unique opportunity to be part of this meaningful mission today—and to help lead our global workforce into the future.

The Opportunity
The E-HRLDP is a best-in-class, two-year, full-time rotational program that empowers highly motivated graduate students to develop into Johnson & Johnson’s HR leaders of the future. Rotational assignments give you the opportunity to provide strategic consulting and design support to Johnson & Johnson businesses on an enterprise, regional and global level.

Who We're Looking For


Our ideal candidates have a strategic mindset coupled with the ability and desire to engage, lead and drive results in our global enterprise.   • Graduate student completing an MBA, master’s degree or Ph.D. with a focus in HR management, industrial/organizational psychology or other HR-related disciplines
  • Five years or more of full-time professional experience preferred
  • HR experience desired, but not required (may vary by region)
  • Geographic mobility for three years (two years of program and one year thereafter)
  • Fluency in English required, as well as fluency in the language of the country where the assignment is located
  • Fluency in a second language preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the assignment is located
