Summary
The Field Brand Manager (FBM) has a dual role; the responsibility for selling to a set of accounts and works to meet sales targets for the product portfolio within their therapeutic area whilst ensuring that all account activities are aligned with the Company's brand strategy and local customer needs. The FBM is to maximize the business value, both long-term and short-term, in the designated district by coordinating and optimizing crossfunctional interactions with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. The purpose of the FBM is to lead the marketing mix execution and coordinate processes related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing targeted for designated brands. The purpose of the role is to leverage the EMEA created content to the maximum possible extent with all local activities being based solely upon local specific customer facing activities in market.

Field Brand Manager Gastroenterology
We are recruiting a Field Brand Manager (FBM) to join our dedicated, cross-functional immunology team located in Finland. The FBM has dual responsibility for driving both the marketing and sales activities of our Gastroenterology franchise. In this role you will work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to improve the patient impact of our Gastroenterology portfolio.
The region is South Finland.
Objectives of the position
- Plan and implement the marketing mix and promotional activities to improve the patient impact (omnichannel promotional campaigns, advertisements, projects, events etc.)
- Localize, adapt, translate, and drive local approval of promotional materials developed by EMEA IBVT or other countries. Only in specific cases, build locally relevant content and materials.
- Leverage data and customer insights to analyze and understand competitive landscape, local market, and customer needs to tailor promotional narrative and activities.
- Act as the product specialist at the customer interface to drive sales and business results at the designated territory/territories by driving the brand plan objectives at account level.
- Lead cross-functional team at designated account(s) and drive local commercial activities to improve patient impact.
- Build and continuously improve your sales and marketing skills, account management capabilities, and therapeutic area knowledge.
- Ensure alignment of all activities with Johnson & Johnson Credo, applicable Johnson & Johnson procedures and policies including but not limited to those related to Health Care Compliance, Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance, GCPs, Regulatory Regulations and local Legislation.
- Ensure safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately handled when planning projects, developing materials, implementing projects and contracting vendors.
- Align with designated SOPs and mandatory trainings for the role.

Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, marketing, business administration or similar fields, or equivalent education (required).
- Experience in marketing and sales (required). Preferably at least two years of work experience in comparable roles.
- Experience working within the therapeutic area Immunology and/or Gastroenterology (preferred).
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical or similar industry experience preferred.
- Experience in working with international teams and external vendors (required).
- Experience in localization of global, EMEA or Nordic material (required).
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Proficient in English and Finnish language (required).
- The region is South Finland and it’s preferred that our final candidate is located in the region (or surrounding).
