We are searching for the best talent for Business Excellence Engineer Co-Op to be in Cornelia, GA.

  • The typical Co-op term is from August to December, 2025
  • Full time requirement (40 hours per week)

Purpose:

It is a temporary role designed to integrate academic knowledge with practical, on-the-job experience within the Business Excellence department.

You will be responsible for:

  • This role supports objectives aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals.
  • Responsibilities will vary under general direction and may include tasks determined by functional supervisors, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and corporate procedures.
  • This program serves as a potential strategic feeder to full-time recruitment efforts once completed. Please note that there is no commitment for full-time employment following the internship.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
  • Candidates are currently pursuing a Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Training and safety requirements will be observed throughout the duration of the program.

  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
