We are searching for the best talent for Scientist to be in Titusville , NJ.
You will be responsible for:
- Monitors achievement of key performance indicators on R&D Digital projects.
- Helps establish and implement new and existing methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness of digital product development processes.
- Applies advanced knowledge to digital solutions for new product development, and recommends technical improvements.
- Assesses product regulatory safety requirements to ensure compliance.
- Conducts tests of new products and existing product enhancements.
- Assists in the management of project status reports to ensure consistency in plans and resources.
- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education:
Advanced degree such as Master plus 3 years’ experience or a PhD in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Applied Mathematics, or similar quantitative scientific field is required.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Candidates must possess prior knowledge and experience in process modeling, programming, and data analysis using tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, Eigenvector, Unscrambler, SIMCA, gPROMS, and similar platforms.
Preferred:
- Expertise in mechanistic (physics-based) process modeling, unit operations modeling, chemometric modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning and multivariate analysis.
- Experience modeling chemical, pharmaceutical, or analogous processes, along with proficiency in utilizing advanced process sensor data such as spectral data.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical process steps, including biologics manufacturing, vaccine production, small molecule synthesis, and oral solid dosage form manufacturing.
Other:
- Familiarity with biological pathway modeling, biochemistry, cellular biology, organic chemistry, physical chemistry, and cellular proliferation methods and techniques is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Johnson & Johnson segments and functions at all organizational levels.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build robust relationships and leverage influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes.
- A highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and possessing proven problem-solving ability.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$124,000.00 -$169,050.00 USD AnnuallyAdditional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
