GENERAL OBJECTIVE:
Development and implementation of training programs for employees with the objective of providing all the necessary tools for the proper performance of their function.
MAIN ACTIVITIES/TASKS:
- Train/train field employees in the areas of product knowledge, sales and communication skills, procedures, time, and territory management.
- Assess the capabilities of field employees and identify required training needs.
- Participate in various employee follow-up and development meetings.
- Direct participation and involvement in the meetings of the different Business Units in order to improve the skills of the teams.
- Provide training and follow-up support to Managers to foster the development of their teams.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Design, creation and implementation of training programs oriented to commercial management.
- Development and execution of training and development programs focusing on profiles of recent incorporation to the company.
- Skills oriented to mentoring and coaching processes in field positions.
- Experience in field positions minimum 3 years.
