CARVYKTI is a currently approved second-line therapy for the treatment of Relapsed Refractory Multiple Myeloma. The Product Director, CAR-T Cell Therapy Experience will be accountable for developing strategies and implementing initiatives to influence CARVYKTI customer experience, focusing specifically on the Treatment Center Coordinator.
Within academic institutions treating Multiple Myeloma, the role of the Treatment Center Coordinator (TCC) is a critical part of the multidisciplinary treatment team. TCCs support CAR-T patients from start to finish throughout their CAR-T treatment journey. As the Product Director, CAR-T Cell Therapy Experience, you will craft marketing strategies that help TCCs support patient care and address their evolving needs.
The Product Director will work with a cross-functional team of brand partners, field sales and other customer-facing teams (most prominently the Cell Therapy Experience Lead team), internal partners, and agency partners to help support CARVYKTI patients. The Product Director will also deliver on insight generation, strategic media planning, content development, and tactical execution.
Position Description:
Leads development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals
Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with Strategic Alliance Partner, Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners, brand marketing, supply chain
Develop content with learning and development team for field meetings and ongoing field development to support brand strategies
Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team
Collaborate within Commercial Operations group across Network Expansion and Data & Analytics teams to ensure flawless execution of commercial operations imperatives
Work closely with Manufacturing and Vein 2 Vein (Supply Chain) internal colleagues to understand and synthesize CARVYKTI order fulfillment process to better understand, assess and identify key barriers to customer experience arising from internal processes.
Support brand preparations for competitive entrants via customer experience strategic initiatives
Capture and act on insights related to competitive field models for operational support
Qualifications:
Requirements:
A minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields
Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
Preferred:
People leadership experience
Experience in Oncology
Experience in strategic alliance management
Previous sales experience
