EMEA Procurement Experience Team
The EMEA Procurement Experience Team is dedicated to enhancing internal customer (Purchaser) experience through effective collaboration with business partners, GSP teams, and suppliers. We focus on improving end-to-end procurement processes by understanding and anticipating customer needs.
Team Scope:
Process Efficiency
- Optimizing procurement processes and supporting teams for enhanced effectiveness.
- Supporting global and local projects, acquisitions, divestitures, business structural changes, and other initiatives from an end-to-end procurement perspective.
Knowledge & Communication
- Providing training and support for end-users through the Procurement Learning Center, developing relevant materials and delivery of end user communications
Business Engagement & AskGS Helpdesk
- Engaging with Senior Leadership, local P2P Hubs, suppliers, and global teams to resolve complex issues, analyze critical metrics, and drive improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring positive experience with AskGS Helpdesk with the aim to meet set Net Promoter Score KPI
Join the EMEA Procurement Experience Team to help shape effective procurement strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Assessment
- EMEA Procurement Learning Center strategy and administration
- Identify tailored and ad hoc training needs with regards to sub-process, purchasing units, markets, and systems (including future solutions such as SAP S/4, Ariba Single Global realm, New AP porta)
- Knowledge materials and content management
Training Execution
- New end-user training and Hypercare support (during indirect procurement integration and eMarketplace onboarding).
- Execution of training surveys, preparation of monthly and ad hoc communications on training offer.
- Knowledge & communication support of global & regional projects (documentation review, training materials creation, training coordination, conducting training sessions, communication preparation, updates to AskGS helpdesk scripts and articles).
- Providing user support during Open Hours
Training Coordination
- Coordinate onboarding training sessions for new joiners in Procurement.
Content Governance
- Participate in Content Governance calls, review articles related to the EMEA region, and provide on-demand article updates.
Documentation Maintenance
- Review, create, and maintain internal GSP documentation.
- Ad hoc GS Procurement knowledge & communication support (delivery of the training curriculum and schedule, conducting training sessions, coordination of trainers for newly created teams and knowledge transfers both within and outside the GSP organization).
- Updates to AskGS scripts and articles, documentation review, training materials creation.
Communication Support
- Assist with GSP Communication activities, including preparing newsletters, drafting communications, and maintenance of DL of eMP users; drafting ad-hoc communications upon need, following JNJ branding standards; supporting TL with the implementation of the communication strategy.
