Global Market Access Post-Doctoral Program

Global Market Access – Post Doc Program v11 (1).mp4

Creating life-changing treatments and vaccines goes beyond the incredible work undertaken at Johnson & Johnson. It is the Market Access professionals who provide the vital link between R&D and commercial operations, shaping the economic, clinical, and patient-reported evidence that will be used to provide eventual access to our innovative medicines. Our Market Access organization leverages this valuable evidence to meet the needs of key stakeholders like government payers and private insurance companies so that our treatments can be made available to patients across the globe.

Find your next purpose: Meet 3 veteran-nurses at Johnson & Johnson

Military veterans. Nurses. Who knows how to handle challenging situations better than these two?

The identities aren’t mutually exclusive, of course: Many military veterans are nurses, and in the future, they might well be joined by the roughly 30,000 nurses who are serving in the U.S. military at the moment.

With that in mind, here’s how three veteran-nurses are applying their skills—and finding a similar sense of purpose—in civilian careers with Johnson & Johnson.

Career transition tactics: The value of leadership development programs for military veterans

Inspired by values and veterans from home, Bob embarked on a 15-year mission-driven career with the U.S. Army. When it was time to bring those skills to the private sector, landing on the leadership development programs (LDPs) at Johnson & Johnson felt like a homecoming.

Here’s why Bob thinks LDPs are uniquely valuable for transitioning veterans—and how you can join him.
