Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
Directs execution of the organization’s medical education strategy that aims to effectively educate and train external medical professionals, healthcare organizations, and thought leaders on the safe and efficacious use of the organization’s products.
Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver innovative education programs that align with marketing and branding strategies, enable product sales, and contribute to achieving industry leader status in medical education.
Implements processes to identify the educational needs of targeted professional audiences and leverage data and key metrics to generate actionable insights to address discrepancies.
Creates and applies key performance indicators to measure the progress and effectiveness of education initiatives, modifications to training curriculum, and the impact of digital, interactive, and dynamic content formats.
Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
