Based on company’s strategic plan, manage the handled products life cycle and portfolio, optimize and push forward short term, middle term and long term business plan, manage talent, to gain the maximized business result.
- Strategy and Execution: Responsible for developing marketing strategies and programs execution excellence to drive sales of product managed
- Sales Engagement: Provide support to the sales team, including developing sales materials, sharing research findings, coordinating conferences, and updating market intelligence.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs. Recommend and implement changes and improvements for future programs to increase business
- Analyze and interpret existing and potential market conditions and make recommendations to management.
- Responsible for demand forecast and business cycle (Business planning and long range financial planning) and budge management
- Sales Engagement: Provide support to the sales team, including developing sales materials, sharing research findings, coordinating conferences, and updating market intelligence.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs. Recommend and implement changes and improvements for future programs to increase business
- Develop KPI and monitor the performance and performs advanced sales and competitive analysis
- Conducts and evaluates market research associated with research agency
- Develop and collaborate for partnerships with medical societies, key opinion leaders, customers
• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical and creative thinking with good project management ability
• Independent, self-driven, enthusiastic and strong team player
• Fluent in both oral and written English
