We are searching for the best talent for an Account Executive to be in East/North Toronto, ON.
As an Account Executive for Johnson & Johnson Vision in East/North Toronto, you will have the unique opportunity to represent our entire Cataract portfolio and contribute to the growth of our East/North Toronto, ON businesses in the territory. Collaborating with members of the Johnson & Johnson Vision Surgical, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams, you will develop and implement account strategies, building long-term partnerships with key teaching institutions and refractive centers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical product knowledge and in-service support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver detailed product and procedural support to new and existing customers in both public and refractive centers.
- Identify, lead, and secure important business opportunities by effectively communicating the value of JNJ products and building strong relationships with administrators and clinical professionals.
- Apply account management skills to maintain and grow business with existing key accounts.
- Predict customer needs and coordinate internal resources to capitalize on business opportunities that benefit various groups involved.
- Effectively manage field assets, including IOL consignments, product samples, and other assets within assigned budget.
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization, such as J&J commercial teams and colleagues from different departments, as well as external customers.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- A University Degree or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in MedTech sales.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts.
- Apply advanced negotiation tactics and employ a consultative approach while engaging with critical customers and internal colleagues.
- Proven ability to understand and analyze business and financial data, coupled with a track record of effectively managing accounts.
- Familiarity and understanding of capital equipment acquisition is a strong attribute.
- Experience with joint value creation and implementation of customer solutions is preferred.
- Proven focus on compliance.
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
