Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Quality Operations Team Lead to join our team in Raynham, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervises Quality Operations personnel responsible for DHR review and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
  • Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
  • Champions compliance to applicable Global Regulations and standards (e.g. QSRs, ISO, EN and Medical Device Directive (MDD) requirements), including providing support during internal and external audits.
  • Conducts investigation, bounding, records documentation, review and approval of non-conformances and CAPAs. Raises quality issues as appropriate.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific field is required.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant, professional work experience within the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical and/or regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA QSR).
  • Proven competency to evaluate, communicate, and act upon significant risks, demonstrating leadership of the high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Act with speed, flexibility, and accountability to achieve goals. Understands how own work impacts the enterprise and use understanding to make effective decisions and take actions and lead priorities effectively to deliver expected results.
  • Technical writing skills

Preferred:

  • Process Excellence / Six Sigma Certification or equivalent preferred.

Other:

  • This position will require to work onsite at Raynham, MA and may require up to 10% domestic or international travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

From $77,000 to $124,200.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
