Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Market Access Strategy & Evidence Lead to play a crucial role in developing and implementing pricing and access strategies for both inline and pipeline products. This role will require close collaboration with regional and global pricing and access teams, as well as local and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and drive effective market access initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing and Access Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive pricing and access strategies for inline and pipeline products, ensuring alignment with regional and global pricing and access frameworks.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams to align strategies and identify opportunities for market entry and expansion.

Evidence Generation Hub Leadership:

  • Oversee the evidence generation hub, coordinating the generation of robust evidence to support pricing and access strategies.
  • Lead the preparation of value dossiers for the National Reimbursement Drug List (NRDL) and C-list submissions, ensuring high-quality, data-driven submissions.
  • Co-lead the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP) in collaboration with the Market Access Field (MAF) team, ensuring alignment with broader strategic priorities.
  • Identify and generate additional evidence needed to support local access initiatives, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the company's broader strategic objectives.

Training and Capability Building:

  • Develop and implement training programs for internal stakeholders, enhancing the organization's understanding of pricing, access, and value communication.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and capability building, ensuring that the team remains adept in navigating market access challenges and opportunities.
