We are searching for the best talent for Professional Education Coordinator to be in Seoul.
Purpose: Professional Education (Prof Ed) Coordinator is to take the overall responsibility for the logistics associated with the running of Professional Education program (Multi institutional). The role is to support BU Prof Ed Manager, to cover overall preparation of Prof Ed program, including pre & post documentation in accordance with HCC guide & process w/ KMDIA regulation and internal & external communication with internal employees and external HCP (faculty and attendee) as well for logistics in running the programs. The position is mainly for Surgery Business Unit.
Medical Affairs Professional Education & Relations is the organization is to manage Professional Education and Training , Medical Society Collaboration, and managing Transparency Reporting.
You will be responsible for:
- Support BU Professional Education Manager with regards to program logistics and execution.
- Manage logistics for faculty and attendees attending programs physically or digitally.
- Ensure the smooth running of programs by being main point of contact for faculty and attendees.
- Work with MedTech supplier to arrange accommodation, transportation for faculty and attendees, to ensure delivery of required services as part of education delivery.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with HCC guidelines & process, in accordance with KMDIA regulation.
- Support the relevant FFS payment process for faculty members.
- Support the pre review process of presentation materials and the relevant documentation from faculty.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and decision-making skills including accountability and ownership of programs.
- Ability to manage workload and prioritization of tasks.
- Be confident to manage day to day programs on their own.
- Proficient in Korean and English in workplace
- Strong communication skills, collaboration and teamwork
- Require travel to programs with occasional overnight stays
- Problem solving skills
