The Opportunity
Predominantly a field-based role, the Clinical Specialist is primarily responsible for providing technical support in an operating theatre environment to our hospital-based customers across our Hip and Knee product portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
Attending surgical procedures and providing expert technical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Nursing staff in the correct and safe use of products
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing in-service training to Registrars, Nursing staff etc.
Optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team and providing product demo as required
Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience
This is a 12 months maternity leave contract commencing 4 August 2025, with a sunset date of 30 September 2026.
About You
Scrub/Scout or Instrument Circulating Nurse with min. 2-3 years experience supporting Orthopaedic surgeries
Self-starter who is solutions focused, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment
Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, and is organised with good time management skills
