We are searching for the best talent for Senior Engineering Technician to be in Cd. Juarez, Chih.
Purpose:
Assists efforts to oversee and audit front-line tasks for the support function of the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance unit to ensure compliance and accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
You will be responsible for:
Helps coordinate the technical implementation, modification, and ongoing monitoring of the quality, safety, and efficiency of discrete production of unit-based items assembled from component parts.
Provides support for key strategy sessions with Manufacturing Engineers to help develop Repair and Maintenance schematics for the rollout of new and improved repair and maintenance processes, tools and equipment.
Aids regular reviews of team operational control standards and testing equipment to assess conformance with engineering specifications, including test apparatus of raw materials, parts, components, finished items and packaging.
Provides support for technical production line problems to minimize finished item rejection levels, monitoring gauges and other indicators of production equipment and machinery performance.
Follows management directives and guidance that demonstrates and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Knowledge and skills to satisfactorily develop the responsibilities of the position.
- 2 to 4years of experience preferably related to the position.
- High School, technical career or equivalent.
- Preferably trained in two or more of the following disciplines: electronics, mechanics, production, electro-mechanics, testing, quality and production and process statistical control, bio-medics or industrial.
- Desirable experience (current or previous) in the medical products industry.
- Desirable 60% English.
- Basic ability to read and understand technical documentation associated to the specific discipline.
- GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) / ISO knowledge, preferably.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, documentation, calibration procedures and quality systems, preferably.
- Ability to use computers and related software.
- Ability to use measuring and testing equipment associated with the specific discipline.
- Knowledge of the Campus information systems, preferably.
- Ability to successfully complete the departmental / corporate training couses in manufacturing techniques.
- Ability to use the internal documentation change system (CPDM).
