Digital Supply Chain Manager
1.Principal Duties and Responsibilities (General Summary ,essential functions and authorities, etc.)
- Support to develop/execute digital supply chain roadmap to enable business growth plan and capability building up.
- Partner with diverse groups of supply chain leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Collaborate with different team for business case development, project governance including project approval, project execution progress tracking and risk assessment.
- Regular connection with global digital and regional team to leverage global/regional initiatives for China implementation.
- Map out digital capability and design digital talent program for organization.
- Drive digital culture building up within organization.
- Maintain foundation report generation logic and manage change request when user requires
- Partner with supply chain BP / customer service to design, implement and maintain fast-track customized dashboards (reports), manage ongoing change request when user requires.
Other responsibilities defined in written procedures.
- Complete adherence to local legislation and guidelines and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Cross functions collaboration to ensure a high quality of digital deployment to meet customer satisfaction
- Partner with IT BTL, data scientist, suppliers and meet all related documentation/global guideline requirements.
- Overall control of digital budget
2.Basic Requirement, including Education and/or Knowledge and/or Training and/or key Relevant Experience required.
Experience
Minimum 8+ year of experience in planning and Supply Chain or delivering digital & analytics products/service.
Ability to understand and communicate supply chain challenges and effectively incorporate that knowledge in the analyses and recommendations.
Strong Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute analytics solution.
Experience analyzing large amount of data.
Successful track record in leading varied projects and delivers the result.
Proven ability to partner with cross-functions to influence changes in a large complex organization.
Demonstrate the interesting and ability to quickly learn new technology, process, digital trend etc.
Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with background in Supply Chain or computer science.
3.Skill Sets and/or Training and/or Certification for the Special Position
