Summary

Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Develops tactical and operational plans for the Technical Product Management team and supports organizational objectives and business goals. Allocates resources to meet objectives and goals of the Technical Product Management area. Directs operations for strategic initiatives and serves as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.

Job Description:

Responsibilities / Key jobs to be done

  • Drive HPT model continuous improvement by defining standards and guidelines being accountable to its maturity level enhancement
  • Standardize and improve advanced tools, including to enhance and streamline the flow of value through the ART
  • Define annual communication plan for iterations with strategic stakeholders and Senior Leadership while establishing a governance to match strategic business needs and collaboration cross-product/businesses
  • Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Specify & Define a Program Increment (PI) Planning (communicate mission & vision). Set the ground for Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, other relevant ART-level syncs.
  • Convert portfolio goals into strategic objectives (OKR´s), tracking it and disseminate them to ensure visibility, transparency and cross-product alignment. Corporate communication ability and experience
  • Deep and effective expertise in software delivery, program management, and stakeholder management
  • Strong familiarity with Agile metric techniques (e.g., what to capture, how to interpret result, and how to use them to course correct)

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree. MBA in related area is a plus

• Agile and/or SAFE Certifications

• Experience on leading by influence in complex environment

• Resilience

• Proved experience in Change Management in large companies or structures

• Jira and Confluence basics knowledge

• English and/or spanish are desirable

• Architecture knowledge is desirable
