In the business unit Hematology we own the market with our broad portfolio in Multiple Myeloma and have a very competitive position in CLL with current and future assets, both in regards to medical and commercial point of view.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is based in Commercial. For the time of 12 weeks you will be part of the agile Multiple Myeloma marketing team and report to the Marketing Lead. You will directly work on the medical adoption of our newest assets, gain insights from the market and collaborate cross functionally on strategic and tactical projects.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and evaluate ideas to further implement and drive prescription breadth
· Identify initiatives to be scaled across the existing portfolio
· Collaborate closely with marketing and sales team and be involved in day to day business
· Develop process for cross-sectoral collaboration in the treatment of patients
· Identify concepts to increase and optimize referral management
QUALIFICATIONS
· Applicant should have university degree or at least be very close (max. 1/2 year) to final examination/graduation
· Strategic and conceptual problem solver, result driven, implementation strength, very good communication & presentation skills
· Solid understanding and experience of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry
· Highly collaborative mindset combined with high level of initiative and commitment
· Strong learning agility and open attitude for change
· Fluent in German and English language
