Job Description:

Individual contributor who works under moderate supervision. Implements strategic objectives based on industry insights and organizational objectives focusing on tender excellence, profit maximization thru pricing and sustainable business growth. Remains abreast on the current competitive landscape, market dynamics and pricing trends and offers valuable insight for strategic product pricing. Works with cross functional teams in marketing and commercial excellence and drives business unit initiatives. Leverages advanced analytical models and delivers recommendations for improved operations.

  • Evaluates and analyzes tenders (also known as bids or proposals) for projects or services to ensure that the organization makes informed decisions and maximize the opportunity to secure contracts while mitigating risks
  • Governs the tender process and manages the tender tracker
  • assists in preparing business impact analyses for each pricing strategy with respect to commercial relationships, organizational profits
  • Illustrates marketing trends and business performance through visualizations, data story-telling, and presentations
  • Coordinates data gathering from a variety of sources and summarizes findings into reports for stakeholders.
  • Collects and reviews key performance metrics and keeps management informed of progress against goals and targets.
  • Serves as a go-to team member for delegation of new tasks for data processing or simple analysis.
  • Documents internal processes and identifies opportunities to consolidate marketing data and streamline processes.
  • ​Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of relevant experience in market research, insights and data analysis
  • Ability to visualize and tell stories with data
  • Exposure to healthcare is preferred but not required
