New technologies are reshaping entire industries, and no industry is being transformed faster or more radically than healthcare. In fact, many industry experts expect it to change more than any other field as traditional models and methods are replaced with new innovations and technologies.
Johnson & Johnson is at the forefront of innovation in healthcare. From 3-D printing knee meniscus tissue to developing groundbreaking treatments for HIV, cancer, Ebola and Alzheimer’s, we’re changing the trajectory of health for humanity.
Creating a healthier future requires ingenuity, compassion and a deep understanding of people’s health and well-being needs. It also requires the brightest minds and the most passionate, dedicated and driven people.
Want to be part of the team that is reimagining, redefining, challenging and changing the future of health? Ready to combine your drive and your creativity, your passion and your expertise in order to develop solutions that will make a lasting impact on the world? When I walk into work every day, there are many exciting and meaningful opportunities to work on. I am learning more about our patients, the business and the people around me. Knowing that I may be helping patients get the care they need and that I am helping to build the future of human health—even in small ways—gives me a strong sense of purpose at work.
We are all connected by the same passion and drive to improve the health of people around the world
I’ve changed roles many times during my career here. Changing roles is one of the best parts of working at Johnson & Johnson. You can build new relationships—and learn about entirely new business and technology spaces—while staying within the same company
It’s crucial for us to embrace technology as a core part of how we deal with health and wellness. There isn’t such a thing as software-enabled surgery and surgery or connected oral care and oral care—it’s surgery and it’s oral care because technology is intrinsic to what we need to do in each of those areas. Science, chemistry and biology will continue to be a huge part of how we treat individuals, but increasingly software-based solutions—using data, cloud and machine learning—is going to be at least an equally important part of the equation.
