Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for Reporting Partner EMEA.

As Reporting Partner EMEA, you will be responsible for covering specific areas of reporting stakeholders, ranging from Sales Representatives to Medical Management to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) for the entire EMEA region.

The primary objective of these roles is to ensure a single version of the truth across the region, enabling our senior leaders and operational teams at both market and regional levels to have key performance metrics and or operational/tactical insights available at their fingertips. To ensure this understanding core business performance across various aspects including sales, medical, and commercial performance is crucial.

This role is successful if they can uplift the entire region as a whole while keeping flexible on country/TA needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the insight strategy and roadmap for the stakeholder, aligned with the global and regional business objectives and priorities
  • Harmonization and Specialization: Harmonize processes where it makes sense and specialize where it creates value, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • UX and UI design to influence company behaviours in the most optimal way
  • Ensure Data Consistency: Maintain a consistent approach to understanding core business performance, ensuring that all data reflects a single version of the truth across the region and inform data acquisition strategies
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, medical, commercial, and executive leadership teams to gather and analyze data insights.
  • Best Practices Sharing: Facilitate the sharing of best practices across reporting areas to drive internal efficiencies.
  • Dashboard and Presentation Tools: Develop and maintain dashboards and presentation tools, such as PowerPoint, to effectively communicate insights and performance metrics.
  • Collaboration with IT and Outsourced Services: Work closely with IT and outsourced service providers to ensure seamless support for reporting activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to positively influence behaviors via great UX/UI design
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a reporting or data analytics role, preferably within a sales or medical environment.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Expertise in various analytics tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, machine learning, predictive modeling, optimization, simulation, etc is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using data visualization tools and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, QLIk, PowerBi).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with IT and outsourced service providers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience in sharing best practices and driving internal efficiencies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time within the region

Location: EMEA
The person in this job will stay in their current country, and we do not offer relocation. They need to be able to easily travel to and work from a nearby J&J office
