The Program
The Medical Devices Regulatory Affairs Leadership Development Program “acceleRAte” (MD RALDP) is a comprehensive 28-month regulatory affairs career development program designed to help master’s degree and Ph.D. graduates gain regulatory expertise while acquiring leadership experience and boosting their business acumen.

The Opportunity
Our robust, integrated training curriculum allows you to develop strong relationships with our team members and demonstrate your potential to excel as a regulatory affairs business leader. You'll participate in three rotations, with the first two lasting eight months and the final one lasting a year. You'll also have three MD RALDP leadership residencies. Upon successfully completing the program, you'll be eligible for full-time employment opportunities.
