We are searching for the best talent for Sr. W&D Specialist to be in Gimpo.
Purpose:
- Monitor Distribution, Logistics and Customer Service of 3PL Distributor service for MedTech in line with contract and SLAs
- Conduct loan kit operation such as in & outbound management
- Ensure that all 3PL operations comply with local regulation including J&J quality requirement & loan kit operation requirement
- Working with key internal & external stakeholders to improve business performance
- Drive process improvements across local supply chain
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key commercial stakeholders, regional logistics
- Monitor and maintain compliance to Good Distribution Practices, Health and safety, and Sarbanes Oxley requirements
You will be responsible for:
- Ensure that warehouse and distribution for MedTech are operated according to established procedures by 3PL
- Back up for washing operation & other loan kit operation task
- Periodic physical inventory count
- Monitor and report DC performance (DC Metrics) monthly
- Keep tracking CIP attainment and safety scorecards
- Ensure that all 3PL operations comply with local regulation including J&J quality requirements & EHS requirements
- Follow up NC (Non-conformance) and CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventative Action) to be completed by 3PL
- Lead additional projects related to end to end supply chain operations
- Develop creative solutions to problems/unexpected situations as they arise
- Documents processes as needed
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders (Customer, 3PL, Commercial team, Regional & Local Deliver teams, Support Functional teams)
- Other responsibilities as required or assigned by management
- Drive operation efficiency in kit operation & asset management
Qualifications / Requirements:
- More than 8 years of experience in medical devices industry
- More than 8 years of experience in logistics/warehouse and distribution field
- Desire to have experience in orthopedic device management
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- SAP WM/myMediset module experience will be plus
- Good communication skill in Korean and English
- Knowledge of quality/compliance, supply chain, operations, and logistics highly desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required
- Project leading capability
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the end-to-end supply chain preferred
- Strong leadership, collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value
