Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
Assists with the development of the vision for leaders to champion and carry out strategic and corporate development initiatives, from initial planning and validation, through project review, analysis, and final implementation.
Assesses key insights for departmental strategic planning goals, targets, and objectives to present to key stakeholders and board members.
Benchmarks core organizational departmental activities, ensuring that all key performance measures are aligned to ensure critical milestones and deadlines are met for customer’s specific operational needs and requirements.
Collaborates within the team with regard to comprehensive strategic planning management processes, procedures, and tools in leveraging industry-proven best practices.
Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
