We are searching for the best talent for Operational Excellence Leader to be in Yokneam

Job Description:

  • Translating site and operations needs and strategy into multi disciplinary work plan
  • Building integrative work plans and maintaining them regularly
  • Lead organizational excellence and continues improvement plan
  • Will lead site operations risk management, analyzing bottlenecks, and critical paths
  • Synchronizing work interfaces in multiple activities on site operations and services
  • Creating a comprehensive project status and providing visibility to management and clients for major projects
  • Lead site operations indicators and data management : KPI’S , Annual and quarterly work plans, Indicators and more
  • provide standardized processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance project execution and success while also facilitating communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

Key Functions of a PMO:

  • Governance: Establishing project management policies and frameworks.
  • Support: Offering resources, tools, and training for project managers.
  • Monitoring: Tracking project performance and providing reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate: Managing the portfolio of projects to align with business objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, or alternatively, economical, or logistical degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar position in large corp. organizations – required
  • Familiarity with Lean planning and control methodologies – Agile/Lean/Six Sigma
  • Familiarity with planning and control tools such as MS Project/Primavera – required
  • Systemic thinking, ability to analyze and understand processes
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, creativity, and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Proven track record of overseeing complex projects and initiatives and driving organizational change
  • Strong capacities in Microsoft , SAP , AI and Business administration tools
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent presentations skills
