The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to help execute market access strategies for the bladder pipeline, specifically TAR 200. In this role, you will be responsible for tactical planning and execution of market access resources to achieve market access goals in all key channels and drive field execution of market access messaging via approved resources. The product manager will work closely in agency partners, internal partners, and field sales to develop market access strategies for TAR-200.

Key job activities include:

  • Pull-through market access strategies

  • Analyze key marketplace and competitive trends to conceive and contribute to the development of innovative market access strategies and resources

  • Create assets that meet unique needs of PHDMs (payer, IDN/account, and Pathways)

  • Work with business and managed markets analytics to attain deep market insights and mobilize teams for action

  • Partner with the medical affairs and HECOR teams to continuously evolve the branded value story with additional evidence to win competitively

  • Participate in Brand Business Planning and support all work-streams related to access and reimbursement.

  • Lead copy approval process for lung assets

  • Manage and maintain market access budget, recommend trade off decisions to achieve goals

  • Strategic input to future launch plans

  • Embrace new assignments that stretch development and contribute to our business

Qualifications:

Required:

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program

  • Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.

Preferred:

  • People leadership experience

  • Experience in Oncology

  • Experience with product launch
