Johnson & Johnson Vision (JJV) is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager Supply Chain FP&A. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for the finance processes for Vision Supply Chain consolidation through forecast updates, target setting, monthly close and quarter close actual reporting, with focus on understanding, analysis and insights on key Supply Chain metrics including Gross Profit, Capital and Inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Supply Chain FP&A team responsible for the financial processes of over $1.7 billion Cost of Goods Sold, $1 billion Inventory, and $400 million Capital investments across three (3) businesses and seven (7) manufacturing sites to deliver short term and long-term business and financial goals
- Manage reporting and target alignment of Supply Chain results and forecasts with local FP&A teams and Group Finance
- Lead financial contact to the local Franchise FP&A groups and Group Finance, including full Gross Profit bridge analysis, Inventory and Capital results in collaboration with key partners and functional groups including Manufacturing, Engineering, Source, Strategy & Deployment, and Plan
- Focus on analysis and identifying insights of key business drivers and decision points within Gross Profit and Cash Flow metrics, tracking progress to targets, critical projects, and gap closure
- Drive Business Plan process, prepares and maintains annual financial calendar to provide to all business partners, leads challenge sessions for financial updates, prepares leadership presentations for Supply Chain and Franchise Leadership
- Ensure that appropriate processes are in place to report financials timely and accurately, driving efficiency and standardization across the Supply Chain finance team
- Maintain strong partnership with Vision Supply Chain leadership to drive value and achieve business and financial targets, understanding key levers and managing Supply Chain risks and opportunities, prioritizing key investments
- Lead a team of 2 Senior Financial Analysts including monitoring performance of staff against departmental objectives, managing development and coaching
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting
- An additional degree or advanced certifications such as a Master’s/MBA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, or another equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum 5 years of finance or accounting or related business experience is required.
- Prior management (project management and change management) and talent development experience is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e., Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions) is required
- Knowledge of data analytics software (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau) is preferred.
- Prior FP&A or Supply Chain Vision Care OR Vision Surgical experience is preferred
- Experience in reporting within Johnson & Johnson, and preferably in the global/worldwide setting is preferred.
- Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and ability to influence senior business leaders is required.
- This position is located in Jacksonville, FL and may require up to 5% travel
