Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine aims to deliver innovative and effective treatments across four therapeutic areas of high unmet medical need. At the Johnson & Johnson Research Center in Toledo, our chemistry group focuses on the design, synthesis, and optimization of groundbreaking small molecule therapeutics. We are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates with the following qualifications:
A Master’s degree in synthetic, organic, or medicinal chemistry
Practical experience in organic chemistry and relevant analytical techniques
A highly motivated and engaged team player with a passion for hands-on science and a commitment to continuous learning
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English
THE PROJECT:
Three chemistry positions available within the Medchem, Parallel Medicinal Chemistry (PMC), and Chemical Technology (CT) groups.
Team members will contribute to significant drug discovery projects utilizing cutting-edge technology in synthetic chemistry.
An exciting position in an international and dynamic environment offering numerous learning opportunities in synthetic, organic, and medicinal chemistry.
Opportunities to develop presentation skills by explaining personal contributions to project progress.
