Summary
The Finance Manager serves as a key business partner to the Country Director, Business Unit Leaders, and other functional leaders, providing financial guidance and leadership to drive the growth and profitability of the business. Additionally, this role ensures compliance with practices and promotes process efficiency within the organization. The position collaborates closely with the Commercial Team, Selling & Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions within the organization. Beyond establishing strong relationships with these stakeholders, the Finance Manager will also be expected to maintain a working relationship with the GS/CFM, Tax CTC, SC Finance as well as SEAI Regional Finance. This role is expected to have high engagement in cross functional projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business and Financial Partnership:
Drive business financial performance. Play a key role in shaping and monitoring the business performance towards financial commitment.
Explore and drive for profitability improvement initiatives e.g. pricing and profitability, resource allocation, and cost effectiveness.
Drive the resource allocation for the market to help business and market to capitalize the investment for future.
Strategic / Business Planning & Financial forecasting and reporting:
Partner with Commercial team for business planning
Perform financial forecasting exercise in providing accurate financial forecast with risks and opportunities are clearly identified.
Ensure timely and accurate reports to Regional/Global teams.
Improve current planning processes in driving better accuracy, efficiency & simplicity
Finance Reporting:
Provide a proactive perspective to CFM/GS of any business projects and any area of improvements for the market.
Regularly exchange constructive feedback with CFM/GS for opportunities in driving more efficient Finance supports as well as explore the opportunities in reducing complexity.
Support Regional/Global initiatives in driving more effectiveness and efficiency of Finance function.
Compliance
Ensure Business Compliance, Governance and Control is adhered for Vietnam market.
Timely partnering with Business to remediate any anticipated control concern.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in finance; experience in business partnering is preferred.
MBA / Professional certification (e.g. ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA) will be a plus.
