Summary

Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations. Manages the overall offer development, contract negotiation, and/or contract execution process. Designs contract negotiation and drafting processes including supplemental agreements, contract and term modifications, bilateral clauses, and settlement agreements and provides complete compliance oversight from preparation through execution. Serves as a liaison for external partners and contracted vendors and establishes strategic relationships in order to drive contracting opportunities for the organization.

Bids & Tenders (B&T) Senior Lead, CEESAT

Location: Prague, Czech republic or CEESAT

How YOU can help:

Manages a team of Managers, Supervisors, and individual contributors in a matrixed environment, ensuring effective performance management and facilitating meaningful career development conversations.

Serves as a point-of-contact for internal partners and develops strategic relationships in order to drive contracting opportunities for the organization. Be responsible for managing tender and contract activities to meet targets and fulfill market demands, ensuring the timely submission of bids, and maintaining accurate bid records. Works closely with the sales and marketing organization to ensure smooth operations.

This position establishes policies that encompass early pipeline research and analysis, as well as life-cycle management of deliverables.

The key responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

· Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.

· Assists managers in implementing policies and procedures that facilitate the administration, negotiation, and management of contracts and service agreements in compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Supports offer development and contract negotiations, and administers contracts under general supervision.

· Directs workflow by coordinating pre-sales contract activities such as drafting requests for proposals, reviewing and evaluating bids, and preparing responses for due diligence requests.

· Utilizes key performance indicators to evaluate pre-signature and post-signature contract administration and management processes.

· Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.

· Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

· Strong team management fosters collaboration, motivates team members, and drives overall performance toward shared goals.

· Strong project management abilities with the capacity to balance multiple projects and work with various teams in different regions.

· Strategic problem solver with the ability to advise and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

· Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation initiatives globally is highly desirable.

· Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance issues specific to healthcare pricing and capital monetization is a plus.
