Key Responsibilities:

Drive Engagement & Planning in the Launch of JO.E with New Brands

  • Orchestrate the JO.E roll-out in Spain and coordinate local activities in alignment with the central team.
  • Collaborate with the Engagement lead in the decision-making process.
  • Drive the pace of local engagement together with the Engagement lead and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination of local activities with the central guidance provided by the Engagement lead.

Ensure Nuances of Local Data and G2M Model are Taken into Account

  • Elicit requirements to accomplish team goals effectively.
  • Utilize local market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the team. Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.

Evaluate Ongoing Impact of JO.E

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for local stakeholders regarding clarification of requirements.
  • Stay in sync with the central team on priorities and day-to-day decision-making.
  • Organize and customize change management and engagement opportunities within Spain and customize communication materials accordingly.
  • Draw insights and conclusions connecting JO.E with other KPIs for senior management.

Communicate Local Priorities for JO.E Improvements

  • Communicate with CVTs/Field on the value, insights, and approach of JO.E, including setting up working sessions with CVTs on hypotheses and business rules creation.
  • Identify, onboard, and lead the local team.
  • Provide inputs and feedback to the central team to shape requirements in line with the 70-20-10 principle.

Orchestrate Coordination of JO.E and Other Local Initiatives

  • Report updates and progress to the local steering committee.
  • Maintain team dynamics and focus to ensure deadlines are respected.
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks and escalate as needed.
  • Proactively stay on top of potential future changes at the country level (e.g., changes in the commercial organization) that need to be aligned with or supported by the central team and local stakeholders.

Collaborate with Field Force Effectiveness Managers

  • Work closely with other Field Force Effectiveness Managers in Spain to identify and leverage synergies in action plans, define KPIs objectives, and develop effective incentive models.

REQUIREMENTS

Domain expertise

  • Deep knowledge of digital domains/products/journeys
  • Can quickly learn industry trends / domains and end user demands from pain points
  • Stays up to date with current trends, best practices and new technologies
  • Experience using techniques like cost-benefit analysis for feature prioritization
  • Relevant experience with transformation and change management

Digital Experience

  • Experienced in facilitating meetings, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers
  • Experience leading / working with teams

  • Strong soft skills to successfully engage with colleagues
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
  • Able to articulate business requirements and bridge the gap with all stakeholders
