The Program
The Johnson & Johnson Vision Sales Leadership Development Program (VSLDP), based in Jacksonville, Florida, is for high-performing sales and commercial leaders within the organization to develop skills and capabilities. It’s a fast-paced, dynamic, multifaceted learning experience designed to be an accelerated progression into professional sales.

The Opportunity
You’ll be met with networking opportunities with leaders from Johnson & Johnson Vision, and learning experiences designed to demonstrate your potential to become a strategic business leader. Along with a formal training curriculum, the program is designed to enhance key skills important to you through mentorship, peer-to-peer learning and coaching, and community service, while advancing your career. Additionally, you’ll:

• Develop proficiency in business analytics

• Gain business-wide insights through rotations in finance, key accounts, marketing, sales, sales learning, and sales operations
