Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Manager, Global Benefits Strategy and Design based in New Brunswick, NJ.
Reporting to the Director Benefits Design & Programs, this position will be responsible for the enterprise flexible work strategy (J&J Flex). The role will lead the design and evolution of effective hybrid work models that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and collaboration. This position will also provide day-to-day expertise and direction in benefit matters that span the full range of corporate benefits programs, including administration, design and competitive analysis.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the Enterprise flexible workplace strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the flexible work program, policies, and practices.
- Assess workplace trends, the competitive marketplace and feedback to recommend improvements for the flexible work model.
- Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve the hybrid work experience and workforce performance.
- Support change management initiatives related to the flexible work model, in partnership with TR Communications Leader.
- Facilitate clear communication channels and strategies regarding hybrid work expectations and support available to employees.
- Partner with regional TR to ensure local policy is coordinated with enterprise strategy.
- Manage the J&J Flex metrics and reporting strategy in partnership with JJT and Workforce Analytics.
- Integrate the flexible work model into the HR three tier support model, transitioning day-to-day operations to Global Services.
Assist in the design and development of benefit plans and programs that align with the Company's philosophy of providing highly competitive programs for employees, retirees and their families.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and benchmarks in employee benefits across the industry to ensure our offerings remain competitive and appealing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights that inform the design and enhancements of our benefit plans.
- Oversee development and implementation of comprehensive communication programs and materials for new and existing plans/programs
- Manage the systems / technology to support plan and program administration and operations.
- Support vendor management to ensure the ongoing administration of all plans/programs are managed in accordance with contracts, performance standards, program policies, procedures, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of related business experience required.
- Experience with HR programs for a mid to large national employer/organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work and influence in a highly matrixed business environment.
- Strong leadership that operates with a global mindset with understanding and appreciation for regional differences.
- Experienced in development and reporting of HR analytics to manage program performance and drive data-based decisions for HR and the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management and change management skills with experience on large, complex, global projects.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$100,000 - $172,500Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
