We are searching for the best talent for our Business Development Specialist Surgery position for the region Bruxelles, Walloon Brabant and Hainaut.

Business Development Specialist Surgery (Bruxelles, Walloon Brabant and Hainaut)

As Business Development Specialist you will be the cornerstone of the Surgery team and will support the Product Specialist in important projects such as high valuable conversion, tenders and J&J Surgery Solutions implementation. As a real team player, you will have to bring the necessary added value to your colleagues to accelerate project achievement by understanding the Surgery business in his entire landscape (Wound Care and EM&E).

You will be responsible for:

  • Surgery Business
    • Drive success in Deals and Opportunity projects with highest growth / win potential in EM&E and Wound Closure business
    • Support the team to drive tender excellence in the market consultation, offer and execution phase
    • Active prospection and long-term mapping for the surgical innovations (robotics and digital ecosystem)
  • Services & Solutions
    • Act towards the customer and within the team to implement from A to Z the Digital solution projects and innovations
    • Speed up the implementation of every Service & Solutions (internal & external interactions) by connecting all the internal and external stakeholders
  • Market trends
    • Work on Hospital Network synergies and common projects
    • Mastering of New Product Introduction’s and map sustainable opportunities
    • Provide local Business intelligence analyze and structured feedbacks
  • Specific project management
    • Support the field for new product excellence launch
    • Organize and follow closely awareness events

Your Profile:

  • Self-starter and do-mentality
  • Strong synergies skills in a team environment
  • Ability to build, communicate and execute business cases
  • Familiarized with the Walloon hospital environment
  • Experience with sales and networking in the med tech sector
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and time management skills
  • Adaptability and strong initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, ALL (W)IN and Credo Mindset
  • Fluent in French and English
