岗位摘要
- 我们诚邀对医疗健康数据分析有兴趣的在读本科或研究生加入暑期实习，参与医疗数据整理、统计分析与结果解读。适合已学习统计学、生物统计学、或数据科学基础课程，使用过 R 语言并具备良好中英文读写能力的候选人。
主要职责
- 协助清洗与整合医疗健康相关数据 （例如电子健康记录）
- 进行探索性数据分析和可视化，发现数据质量问题和数据规律的初步模式
- 使用 R 完成统计分析与建模（例如描述性统计、回归分析）
- 撰写分析总结并以清晰、专业的方式向团队汇报
任职资格（必备）
- 在读本科或研究生，专业为统计学、生物统计学、数据科学、数学或其他相关专业
- 学过统计学基础课程（例如概率论、统计推断、回归分析）
- 使用过 R（例如数据处理、绘图、常见统计包）
- 对医疗健康数据有基本了解，能识别常见数据结构与质量问题
- 具备较强的书面与口头表达能力，英文阅读与撰写能力良好
- 具备团队协作精神、责任心与学习能力
优先条件（加分项）
- 了解或使用过R Markdown、或Shiny的使用
- 有医疗/公共健康相关的项目经验
- 有数据可视化或数据清洗实战经验
