主要职责:
1. 高效执行公司市场部策略,推动并达成及超越公司制定的业务目标;
2. 落实客户分级管理与专业拜访,合理安排拜访频率,在与医疗卫生机构工作人员的沟通中,准确传递药品相关信息,支持其科学、合理用药;
3. 依照公司合规要求开展学术推广活动,包括独立组织学术幻灯演讲及支持区域内会议/活动,并在过程中规范传递产品信息;
4. 及时维护并更新业务相关数据,包括药品临床使用情况、不良反应及临床需求等信息的收集与反馈,确保市场信息的准确性与时效性;
5. 协助主管完成职责范围内及部门安排的其他工作任务。
任职要求及录用条件:
1. 具有医学、药学或相关专业大学统招本科及以上学历;
2. 2年及以上医药行业相关工作经验;
3. 较强的业务敏锐度、 解决问题能力及客户管理能力;
4. 优秀的学习与运用的能力、沟通与说服能力、项目管理能力及业务规划与执行能力;
5. 不畏艰难,具有坚持不懈追求成功与卓越的挑战精神以及团队合作精神;
6. 熟练应用Office等办公操作软件;
7. 按照公司要求完成入职及相关岗位培训并达到考核要求;
8. 在入职30天内,配合公司完成并通过《医药代表管理办法》备案;
9. 在入职60天内申请获得支付商务差旅费用的招商银行公务卡。
