Job Description:

Acts as a top level specialist to establish cost-effective, results-based, and professionally managed programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Channel Sales capabilities.
Manages projects, programs, or processes for the Channel Sales area.
Delivers Sales vs. Quota by month, quarter and year for assigned customer(s) and/or geography.
Develops actionable insights based on analyses of trends, the competitive landscape, and partner accounts to capture new business opportunities and identify business gaps to continually improve the organization's Channel Sales strategy.
Implements systems to expand existing partnerships and directs groups to collaborate with named partners to develop strategies that align with market vision, accelerate pipeline movement, and grow market share.
Benchmarks key indicators and metrics through the sales cycle to manage the channel pipeline and forecast sales performance.
Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
