You will be responsible for:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Daily interaction with production and planning.
Daily interaction with internal and external suppliers.
Interprets MRP requirements.
Manages inventory levels to comply with production and finances requirements.
Expedites materials.
Solves material rejection and quality problems.
Coordinates consignation inventories.
Solves discrepancies with Accounts Payable.
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Performs other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelors in business administration, Public Accountant, Industrial Engineer or related career.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in Planning and Purchasing.
Knowledge of JDE system.
Ability to work under pressure.
Self-driven and self-motivated.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
