This role supports international finance operations across the APAC region, providing analytical and operational support related to financial reporting, cash management, and compliance. The Analyst will contribute to accurate financial insights, strong controls, and effective decision‑making in a complex, multi‑country environment. This position offers exposure to global stakeholders, regional leadership, and cross‑border financial processes—making it an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in international finance within a leading medical technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support regional and international finance activities, including analysis of financial statements, cash positions, and balance sheet accounts.

  • Assist with global cash visibility and liquidity reporting across APAC affiliates to ensure accurate daily cash management.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support regional decision‑making.

  • Monitor and analyze large financial datasets related to treasury operations, capital transactions, and intercompany activities.

  • Support compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, escalating issues as appropriate.

  • Assist with internal and external audit activities, including data preparation and issue follow‑up.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by performing trend analysis and identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes and controls.

  • Collaborate with regional and global finance partners while applying Johnson & Johnson’s Credo in daily work.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (required).

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Finance or related field (preferred).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or related analytical roles.

  • Foundational knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Proficiency with Excel and standard financial systems or ERP tools.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a regulated environment.

  • Ability to work effectively under supervision and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to international or regional finance operations, preferably within APAC.

  • Basic understanding of treasury, cash management, or intercompany processes.

  • Experience supporting audits or compliance‑related activities.

  • Familiarity with multinational business environments or matrixed organizations.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures.

Other:

  • Language: Fluency in Korean required; business‑level English required.

  • Travel: Up to 10% regional travel within APAC.

  • Certifications: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent finance certification (preferred, not required).
