We are searching for the best talent for Inventory Analyst II
Purpose:
Perform cycle counts as per procedures as well as prepares and analyze various reports such as Cycle count adherence, production report, inventory accuracy, etc.
Responsible for monitoring right levels of inventory, dispose materials as per the RID procedures
You will be responsible for:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Monitor inventory levels in the various plant vault location(s) and manage obsolete inventory.
Support inventory accuracy objectives of 95% by supporting cycle counting process.
Adjust inventory for materials used for projects, SMR’s and evaluation material.
Ensure compliance to the quality policy in all activities
Perform other jobs as required.
Follow current compliance regulations and standards.
Ensure safe working conditions and practices in department.
WIP reports vs. Production plan.
Qualifications / Requirements:
B.S. degree or equivalent in technical, business, logistics or engineering
Approximate experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills, necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities.
2 – 4 years of related experience.
Strong computer skills
Good communication skills, to interface with manufacturing, engineering, materials management, quality
control, purchasing, customs and all other departments as needed.
Working knowledge of PC applications and software (MS Windows, Excel, etc.).
Good basic math skills
Knowledge of ERP Systems concept ( MRP)
Previous clerical experience desired
Previous manufacturing experience desired
Basic English writing and reading skills preferred.
