We are searching for the best talent for National Sales Lead.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage the Sales Managers, setting performance targets, providing coaching, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring consistent execution of territory plans.
- Hold national accountability for all orthopedics platforms and the distributor network in Taiwan; oversee commercial strategy, resource allocation, and channel performance to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the BU Director and Marketing Manager to define near‑term and long‑term commercial strategies, NPI rollout plans, and prioritization of investments.
- Serve as a key member of the Taiwan DePuy Synthes leadership team and act as a central decision‑maker for commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive distributor governance and compliance: enforce contractual terms, pricing and promotion discipline, KPI monitoring, and regular business reviews.
- Manage escalation of major customer and KOL relationships; lead negotiations and coordinate cross‑functional support for complex accounts and strategic opportunities.
- Champion talent development and succession planning for the sales organization, fostering a high‑performance culture and ensuring capability building across the team.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform executive decisions and align sales priorities with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ progressive commercial experience in medical devices or healthcare, including at least 3 years managing sales teams and distributor networks.
- Proven track record of leading national sales operations and delivering sustained revenue growth in orthopedics or related specialties.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in strategic planning, P&L awareness, and performance management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills; comfortable influencing at senior levels.
- High proficiency in Mandarin and strong business English skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with New Product Introduction programs and working alongside Marketing, Clinical, and Regulatory teams.
Prior experience managing distributor networks and third‑party partnerships in Taiwan.
Network of relationships within the orthopedics community and with Key Opinion Leaders.
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or additional training in sales leadership.
