Role Overview
The Manager, Procurement Digital Enablement role supports the delivery and ongoing operation of analytics, reporting, and digital enablement capabilities within the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) in Bangalore. The position focuses on executing standardized analytics and reporting solutions that support key procurement activities such as category management, sourcing, contracting, supplier performance management, and cash‑flow optimization.
The role works closely with global procurement teams, process owners, and internal digital partners to translate business requirements into practical, reliable reporting and digital solutions. This is a hands‑on delivery and people‑management role, well suited for a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Enablement & Analytics Delivery
Deliver and maintain procurement analytics, dashboards, and reports supporting spend visibility, supplier performance, contracting insights, and portfolio KPIs.
Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with defined metrics and data standards.
Support recurring reporting cycles and ad‑hoc analysis requests for procurement reviews and governance forums.
Data & Systems Coordination
Support integration of data from ERP, sourcing, contracting, and supplier management systems.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution in collaboration with data and process teams.
Maintain documentation for data sources, definitions, and reporting logic.
Digital Tools & Automation Support
Identify opportunities to simplify or automate manual reporting and analytics activities.
Support rollout of basic automation or digital enhancements in partnership with digital squads and IT teams.
Ensure tools and solutions are documented and aligned with existing platforms.
Team Management & Execution
Manage and support a Bangalore‑based analytics and reporting team.
Assign priorities, review outputs, and ensure delivery quality.
Support onboarding, training, and skill development for new team members.
Stakeholder Support
Act as a delivery point of contact for procurement stakeholders on analytics and reporting needs.
Gather requirements, clarify scope, and coordinate delivery timelines.
Support adoption through documentation, walkthroughs, and user enablement sessions.
Must‑Have Skills & Experience (PG‑30)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in procurement analytics, digital enablement, reporting, or supply chain analytics roles.
Experience working in a Procurement CoE, Shared Services, or Global Capability Center.
Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI or Tableau, advanced Excel, and SQL.
Exposure to SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms (analytics/reporting use).
Experience managing analytics delivery in a structured, process‑driven environment.
Experience supporting or managing junior analysts or reporting resources.
Strong coordination and communication skills in a global, matrixed setup.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Experience in MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with procurement KPIs across sourcing, contracting, SRM, and cash‑flow optimization.
Exposure to automation tools (macros, Power Automate, low‑code platforms).
Experience supporting CoE scale‑up or operating‑model transitions.
Basic exposure to advanced analytics or AI‑enabled reporting.
Experience in BOT or hybrid GCC delivery models.
