This role will partner closely with the Electrophysiology Supply Chain E2E Leadership Team and Director of Strategic Process Capabilities to develop, implement, and manage technical solutions and data-driven performance management capabilities supporting our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Python-based data analysis scripts to support strategic process capabilities
Design and maintain PowerBI dashboards to visualize key performance metrics for EP Supply Chain leadership
Manage SQL databases and develop complex queries to extract, transform, and analyze performance data
Create technical specifications and configuration plans for new and existing portfolio management tools Act as a technical product manager to drive digital capability development within the supply chain strategy organization
Develop automated reporting solutions using Python and SQL to streamline monthly executive leadership reporting
Design and implement data management systems for master data, process assumptions, and performance conventions
Build and maintain data pipelines to support continuous performance monitoring and analysis
Create technical documentation for new digital capabilities and process improvement initiatives
Develop integration strategies for various supply chain management systems and tools
Support the configuration and optimization of performance management platforms
Perform root cause analysis and develop data-driven recommendations for process improvements
Create comprehensive technical requirements for new system implementations
Develop and maintain knowledge management systems for technical documentation and process guidelines
Excellence in Technical Execution and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Require advanced technical skills to span multiple functional groups, processes, and analytical approaches
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Develop technical solutions that can be scaled across multiple business units
Demonstrate flexibility in addressing both detailed technical challenges and high-level strategic objectives
Ensure technical solutions align with organizational goals and performance management strategies
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related technical discipline
Technical certifications in data analysis, cloud computing, or database management are a plus
Required Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python programming with demonstrated ability to develop data analysis scripts
Advanced SQL database management and query optimization skills
Expert-level PowerBI dashboard creation and data visualization
Experience with data management platforms and business intelligence tools
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (Azure/AWS preferred)
Experience with performance management tool configuration
Basic machine learning and statistical analysis capabilities
Additional Technical Competencies:
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or technical product management roles
Demonstrated success in developing technical solutions in complex business environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Domestically and/or internationally

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
